3/31`10 Homeowner's dues are delinquent
Your annual HOA dues are
considered delinquent after 31 March. We started adding $10 fee + 1% of
balance outstanding after that date each month. If balance is not paid by 1 July a
lien will be recorded in the Berkeley County Clerks office. (For those of you
who already have liens recorded, those liens will be released and new liens will
be recorded for the balance outstanding.)
By the way the cost of recording or releasing
liens has gone up to $11.00 which will be added to your outstanding balance.

1/15`09 Regarding Portable Document Files (PDF)
On several pages of this
website there are links to PDF files. They can be read and/or printed with the
aid of Adobe Reader (free available from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO ). The reason these files are made as PDF's is so when you print them they will fit on 8.5 x 11 size paper without the
picture logo you see in the upper left of most pages. In some cases they are
forms that can then be filled in and mailed to
