Timberwood Village Board meeting attendance

September 16, 2007 @ 4:00 pm

Attendees:

    Wes Bicknell

Meeting called to order 4: 10 pm

Old Business:

        Timberwood village is now on the ATV ordinance list

New Business:

        Discuss using a collection agency to help collect overdue homeowners association dues.

        Considering a new policy for rental property.

        Discuss cutting down pine trees along RT 51, and replacing them with a taller tree to create a privacy screen.

Meeting adjourned at 5: 45 pm

Next meeting will be December 9^th @ 4:00 at President Bobby Pevarnik 285 Longwood Dr.
