Dear Homeowners,
The Homeowners Association held a Board
meeting on April 11.
We approved a new contract for the mowing of the common areas, with the same
contractor as last year.
If you would like to have your yard mowed by him please contact Andy Kitts
at (304) 229-4524.
The installation and inspection of the light
for the bus shelter is complete.
The light is activated by a sensor when someone enters the bus shelter.
This should make it safer for the high school students while waiting for the
bus when it’s dark.
We are having a spring and fall yard sale
this year. The spring yard sale is scheduled for May 22 from 8:00 am to 4:00
pm,
following the yard sale we are having an ice cream block party starting at
5:00 pm on Standing Oak Court.
All residents are invited we are providing the ice cream you can bring your
own toppings or a dessert.
Several residents have asked about the Homeowners
Association forming a neighborhood watch program.
I have made several unsuccessful attempts to get any assistance from local
law enforcement in forming one.
So we are conducting a survey to see if we have enough residents to server
on our own neighborhood watch committee.
If you are interested in serving on the committing please contact me at
(304) 229-0247 or
Bobbypev@icdus.com.
It is with much regret and sadness, that I
inform you of the passing of two of our residents.
Lynn Senesi of 339 Longwood Dr and Elizabeth Gray of 10 Swaying Pine Court
passed away in April.
The next Board meeting is on August 29, 2010
@ 4:00 pm at Bobby Pevarnik’s home on 285 Longwood Dr.
Sincerely,
Bobby Pevarnik, President of the HOA
