Timberwood Village Board of Directors

Meeting called to order 4: 00 pm

Old Business:

Treasure reported a checkbook balance of $10,743.06.  A letter and account statement was sent out to 14 homeowners regarding their outstanding balances on 4/7/2008.

We have purchased the pine trees and are in the process of planting them along Rt 51.

Voted against installing street lights in the subdivision. The installation fee was $ 1,400.00 and the annual operating cost was $ 2,367.60.

Still working on renter's policy.

Still working on getting estimates on paving roads.

New Business:

Approved the mowing bid for this year, we are using the same contractor as last year.

We had a discussion about what type of trees to plant in the remaining common areas.

Will remind residents about past due HOA dues in news letter.

A notice was placed on the Residents News Page regarding the 14 homeowners with outstanding dues.

Meeting adjourned at 5: 45 pm
