The annual meeting of the Homeowners Association was held on January 11, 2010.

The Homeowners Association is planning a community yard sale in May the exact date will be announced in the next newsletter.

The HOA has received a complaint about excessive dog barking. I would like to ask all dog owners to be considerate to your neighbors with this problem. As a dog owner myself I realize this can be a difficult problem to solve. If you feel you have a genuine complaint, the barking dog ordinance is listed on the Timberwood Village website under County Ordinance.

I would like thank all residents for their cooperation and patience during the snow removal process. I know this winter has been difficult for all of us. I would also like to thank all the residents for helping their neighbors shovel their driveways.

2010 HOA DUES REMINDER:

    The annual HOA fee in the amount of $100 is due on 01/01/2010, and is considered delinquent after 3/31/2010.

The next Board meeting is on April 11th @ 5:00 pm at Bobby Pevarnik’s home at 285 Longwood Dr.
