2`08 Letter

The annual meeting of the Homeowners Association and election for Board members was
held on January 20.

The Board members positions remains the same as last year:

President:                 Bobby Pevarnik
Vice President:        Earl Stegall
Treasurer:                Wes Bicknell
Secretary:                 Angie Shockley
Members at large:   Dorothy Mitchell
                                     Kelly Sparks

The old pine trees along Rt 51 have been removed and we are waiting for warmer weather and competitive pricing for the new trees.

We are still working on the renter’s policy.

We have contacted Allegheny Power and are checking on the feasibility of installing street lights in the subdivision.

The next Board meeting is on April 13 @ 4:00 pm at the home of Bobby Pevarniks home on 285 Longwood Dr.

2008 HOA DUES REMINDER
The annual HOA fee in the amount of $100 is due 01/01/2008 as listed in the Covenants.
