Timberwood Village Homeowners Association Newsletter Dear Homeowners December 2009 The Homeowners Association held a Board meeting on November 15. In an effort to reduce some of the annual HOA expenses we are discontinuing the use of the post office box for HOA mail. All future mail will be sent to our Treasurer Wes Bicknell’s house. The new address is:
Timberwood Village Homeowners Association
The Board approved a new contract for snow removal with Exzact Excavation. If you wish to have your driveways plowed at the same time the subdivision roads are cleared, please contact Zach Collis at (304) 582-4335. I suggest you make any arrangements with Zach before the first snow fall. I would also like to remind ALL residents to refrain from parking on the roadways during the snow removal process. I would greatly appreciate it, if the residents in the cul-de- sacs could do this because it’s more difficult to plow snow in those areas. The HOA Board has decided to install a bulletin board and a light in the bus shelter. The bulletin board is for HOA information and news residents can post adds for items for sale or useful information. We are installing a light in the bus shelter for safety reasons, during the winter months it’s dark when the students are boarding the school bus. We feel that adding lights will make the students more visible to motorist and it will deter anyone with harmful intent to the students. The light will have a sensor on it, so it will only come on when someone enters the bus shelter. There is a neighborhood survey distributed with the newsletter (also here). Please check which events or committees you are interested in participating in. We would also appreciate it if residents would supply the HOA with updated phone numbers and E-mail address. If you would like to run for office or would like to nominate someone for a position on the BOD, just follow the instruction on the enclosed Nominations form. 2010 HOA DUES REMINDER The annual HOA fee in the amount of $ 100 is due on 01/01/2010, and is considered delinquent after 3/31/2010. (If you are one of the 9 homeowners who are already delinquent with their dues there will be statement of your account with this newsletter.) The next Board meeting is on January 24th @ 4:00 pm at Bobby Pevarnik's home on 285 Longwood Dr. Sincerely, Bobby Pevarnik, President of the HOA
