Dear Homeowner,

I would like to give you a progress report on the Homeowners Association. A vote was taken and passed to replace the pine trees along Rt 51. The trees are unhealthy and they are encroaching into the back yards of the residents on Swaying Pint Ct. The new trees will be an evergreen, named Emerald Arborvitae. When fully mature they will be 3 to 4 feet wide and 10 to 12 feet tall. The spacing of the trees will eventfully create a privacy screen along that section of Rt 51. We also have plans to plant more trees through out common areas of the subdivisions in the future.

Some of our residents experienced serious difficulties with some tenants in one of the rental properties in the subdivision. To deal with and to prevent some of these problems the HOA Board is in the process of developing a new policy for rental property. This new policy is going to take some time to implement, We will keep you informed on its progress.

The contractor that has plowed the snow for the subdivision in the past has decided not to do it this year. The Board voted to accept a bid from a new contractor. I would also like to ask residents to remove their cars from the shoulder of the roadways and park in their driveways during snow removal.

THE ANNUAL MEETING OF TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION will be January 20, 2008 at 4:00pm at the home of Robert Pevarnik, 285 Longwood Dr., Bunker Hill, WV 25413.
