Minutes of BOD Meeting, Sunday 1/20/08

ATTENDANCE:

    Bobby Pevarnik

OLD BUSINESS:

Bobby will continue working with the electric company on installing street lights will follow up on progress at next meeting.

Bobby spoke with an attorney HOA bylaws can be presented to renters, cannot refuse to rent based on background information posted on website possible fines against homeowners for renter violations.

Bobby spoke with us paving company regarding paving the development estimate given, second estimate will be followed up with Slonakers paving.

Bank account balance: 10,676.96. HOA dues still coming in.

NEW BUSINESS:

New Officers Elected For 2008:

  Earl Stegall Vice President
   Wes Bicknell Treasurer
     Angie Shockey Secretary
     Kelly Sparks Member at Large
     Dorothy Mitchell Member at Large

Larry Evans, 12 Longwood Dr, posted that free plants are available to subdivision residents, will be put at end of his driveway.

Bobby will continue work on getting trees planted through the subdivision possibly by the end of march.
